Our goal at Rise/Sam Rines Basketball is to create and develop the best basketball programs and situations for players of all ages, abilities, and talent levels. In recent years, we have developed several NBA players, numerous college players, and many exceptional high school players. Our system is designed to provide each individual with the basketball skills, knowledge, and natural reactions necessary to excel in this sport. The program also provides physical training to perform, the nutritional knowledge to maximize, and the mental approach to achieve at the highest performance level each and everyday. Rise/Sam Rines will provide you with the opportunity to maximize your abilities both on and off the court. Our programs run-year round (full-time and short-time boarding and non-boarding are available to players in need of housing accommodations) and offer training sessions that focus on player development. Each program will result in exceptional improvement in physical and mental performance and help you in your quest to master the game. Rise/Sam Rines recognizes that each athlete is different; therefore we work with you to identify your particular strengths and goals. Our staff's aim is to compliment and develop you as a player according to your assets, best enabling you to prepare for a successful future. Rise Basketball provides expert training in the following areas: On court skills training Off court basketball training Position specific skills training Individual / Team Strategy Basketball specific physical conditioning Mental Conditioning Nutrition College level placement NBA level workout and overseas training AAU and top level exposure Camps and Top 100 Basketball Consulting The off court strength, speed and agility training is run in conjunction with specialists from the Leap forward Fitness Consultants, who are advanced experts in their field. All aspects of speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, endurance, and nutrition are addressed on a daily basis. Everything done off the court is designed to produce direct results on the court. The Rise Basketball's Mental Conditioning program is geared to provide continuous improvement of the mental preparedness of our players. Personal awareness, self-confidence, motivation, discipline, goal setting and team building are used as tools to increase effectiveness in pressure situations and daily play. The integration of physical training, skill enhancement, mental conditioning, and experience allows each player to realize his full potential. We produce highly skilled, disciplined, and dynamic players and individuals who are an asset to any team regardless of the system or style of play.
