Winter December 15 - March 8 Suburban Travel League - The league is designed for players ages 8 - 13 to go out and play against players within a 25 mile range. By playing against players you don't know, really helps see where you are and what you have to do to get better. Teams are made up by age groups. The league is very organized and has been around since the late 1970s. James Fox League is an in house league for players ages 7 - 14. The league introduces the rules and experience to younger players. The league helps the older players develop confidence and individual skill. The pace is quick and exciting compared to other over-coached youth programs. Individual workout - Individuals workouts feature moves of the day. Each drill learned to lead into more advanced skill development but everything is based on the individual's progress. Remember we preach repetition Individual and small group are offered Monday - Thursday and Sundays for 60 - 90 minute sessions. Small group $35 Sunday group workouts $35 Individual (3 or less) $50 LA Fitness workout $50 just basketball $65 basketball and fitness
