Daily Schedule SPRING and SUMMER Breakfast 8:30 - 10:00 Conditioning & Stretching track shoes needed 10:30 - 12:00 PHASE I workout offensive moves& foot work LUNCH 1:30 - 2:30 shooting Quick 500 2:30 - 5:00 2 on 2 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 play OPEN Play 6:00 - 8:30 League Play and/PHASE II "THE Cininc" all REP Weigh training will be included into the morning workouts and some evening between 6:00 & 8:00 Props used are shooting straps, cones, defensive dummies, film evaluation, shooting machine, and whatever else I need to make you a better player
