Players and parents must understand that scholarship are not promised to any athlete by Sam Rines or Rise staff. Qualification for college is based on academic and athletic achievement. Grades, SATs, and basketball abilities are what coaches look for in a student athlete Rise Academy do not deal with anything involving academics with any school(s) or SAT testing. Once deposit is paid, it is non-refundable due cost of program. All full deposits are used for coaching fees, some travel, tournament fees, uniforms fees, some hotels. Deposit reserves spots in a program which is in high demand at certain times of the year. Player(s) can leave Rise Academy at anytime with no bill once full deposits are paid. Each player will be on a month to month bases with the program. April, players are responsible for the spring -summer program. Rise Academy ends April 15 2009 Rise Academy reserves the right to retain or dismiss any player due to improper conduct . Fighting, cursing, disruptive attitudes and/or behaviors are all grounds for early termination. Late payment and/or non-payment can result in early dismissal of players. Players will miss trips and not be able to pay or participate until payments are paid in full. All players must provide food money per month for housing. If not paid, housing and food will not be provided Program begins and everything is effective upon first deposit. 8/31/2008
